Debra has been in pain for 40 plus years. She has tried the traditional medical thinking with drugs and medication. Most often times they didn't work and just made her feel worse. There were times when she would be in bed for 20 or more days without relief. Something had to give. She was missing everything with her husband and family, let alone the joy of life. This was no way to live.


Her husband Ron encouraged her to try Dr. Winner and Kinesiology. Dr. Winner explained to her what was going on in her body and how he was going to correct it. He explained that her body needed support. He talked about Kinesiology, a system of combined disciplines that strengthens and balances muscles, tendons, and ligaments. By the 2nd visit, she could feel the difference. She could not believe it. Now she is off almost all of her medications and pain-free. Her Migraine headaches are GONE, and the depression has lifted. Abby wanted to the best mother she could be, but the pain caused by Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardio Myopathy at a young age put an imposition on her dreams.
