Anti Aging North GA

Like to talk to you today about a process that you're going to go through – every one of us is going to go through – it's called the aging process. And whether you like it or not, you are going to go through that process. And there comes a point in time when your body is not going to function like it did in years past. So, if you're beginning to age – and you are, by the way – and not liking the process, I have some great news for you. I'm Dr. JACK Winner. My wife, Jenny, and I are now in our 72nd year of life, and we're beginning to find that our golden years are really pretty golden. However, we're not finding that out with a lot of people, not only patients who are getting older, but also patients in their 50s and 60s. So, I want to talk about the complaints we're seeing now more than we've seen in years past and see if any of these complaints resonate with you.

First of all, many people are finding they don't sleep well, or they have to get up during the night once or twice or three times to go to the bathroom. This means they wake up in the morning still tired from not sleeping well the night before. We're seeing a lot of digestive issues and aches and pains, not only in joints but all over. We're witnessing mood changes, sometimes even leading to depression. Focus, memory problems, and concentration issues have become almost epidemic. And we're observing postural changes. It's easy to look around and notice as people get older, they have slumped shoulders, they bend forward, and there's a hump in the back of the neck. While it's true that these changes are part of the aging process to some degree, they don't have to be as severe as what we often see.

There are too many breakdowns happening, even at an earlier stage of life. Moreover, it's not just one condition, two, or three – it's a range of conditions that keep emerging. People's health seems to be spiraling down rather than improving. Many individuals are now on medications – 20 years ago, someone having one medication was unusual. But now, it's common for people to be on multiple medications, with some even taking up to 15 different ones. Sadly, many people know that these medications aren't promoting long-term health; they merely address symptoms in the short term while potentially causing more issues due to side effects. As a result, their health is deteriorating instead of improving.

If you find yourself in this situation, you can halt and address these breakdowns. You still have the opportunity to stop and even reverse these trends. For 37 years now, I've had the privilege of helping people achieve a better state of health and a higher degree of vitality through natural methods, not with more drugs or medications, but with techniques like kinesiology, chiropractic, acupressure, cold laser, exceptional nutrients, nutritional support, and guidance on proper diet. One of the significant steps along this journey is transitioning from negative thinking to positive thinking.

So, if you're listening to this and it resonates with you, if you realize your body has the capacity to become healthier and better, give me a call. Let's talk. My phone number is 770-536-6600, or you can email me at winterwellness.com. The conversation and consultation are free. If I can help you, I'll let you know. And if I can't, I'll provide you with the advice you need to get your life back on track. You deserve it, you're valuable. So, I hope you value yourself enough and value the life you have left – to enjoy time with your grandkids, travel, spend time with your significant other, or just wake up in the morning with vitality and enjoy the day. Value yourself, value the life you have left. Make the call.

I hope for you good health and a healthy future.
